Since Hurricane Katrina Betty Sample has offered up her lawn and surrounding property for those without a home to find a space of their own. Mobile homes and trailors, rented at a small fee, are visible from every window of her small home. Though Sample, a widow, is only trying to help, county officials say that the time when “illegal RV camps” were acceptable following the storm is now over. Many of her tenants have no other place to go
